ABOUT FOUNDER JILL TURLEY HASELMAN
Jill has spent her 25-year career dedicated to helping professionals achieve their very best. Senior Living Net Operating Impact is a natural extension of her work, providing top quality training materials to the Senior Living Industry. Jill has hand selected every course module to ensure it will provide the same high caliber training & group experiences she has provided teams herself over the years. Her lifelong commitment to learning and development is showcased in the development of the Senior Living Net Operating Impact initial product line and she is both dedicated and eager to expand the company's offerings across the industry. She recently left her role as Senior Vice President of Organizational Development for one of the industry's largest, premiere providers to pursue her career vision. Senior Living Net Operating Impact is only the beginning to achieving this vision; Jill is simultaneously designing a series of best-in-class workshops for the industry to enhance supervisory excellence.
Under Jill’s leadership, the Senior Living Net Operating Impact team and her consulting work under the Executive Capacity, LLC organization integrates vision, goals, and core values, to create clarity and cultural authenticity within client’s organizations. People know "where we're going", "what we have to do to get there," and "what we stand for."
From her extensive experience, one of Jill’s core beliefs is that business performance is a direct result of developing and retaining top talent and a deep commitment to highly effective teams. Executive Capacity is committed to the 80/20 rule: 20% of the people and systems will execute 80% of the results, thus a rigorous focus on the right work and the right people (at all levels) will rapidly produce exceptional performance. Senior Living Net Operating Impact is a dimension of this work and drives learning and development through all levels of senior living organizations and communities; "helping our caregivers go from 'good to great' isn't really work at all", she often states, "it's just the right thing to do".
Jill resides in the greater Boston area. She has three adult children, the youngest (twins) attend Purdue University and her eldest is a Purdue Alum and works in the senior living industry, based in Chicago. She enjoys travel, new business development, real estate, leadership coaching, downhill skiing, and spending as much time as possible on the beautiful island of Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts.

JEFFERY RITZ
Jeffery Ritz has spent the majority of his career identifying, developing, and launching customer-centric business solutions. He brings a strong strategic mindset, business development expertise and a process mentality that allows him to transform everyday business tasks into repeatable and sustainable processes that improve employee productivity and customer satisfaction.
Prior to his partnership with Executive Capacity, he was a key leader for a Chairman-sponsored initiative to transform the award-winning Fidelity.com site into a financial destination for customers and prospects alike. The site went from concept to launch in eighteen months. Before joining Fidelity, he worked at General Electric and Honeywell (formerly AlliedSignal) with roles in operations, marketing, and business development. He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Additionally, he is a graduate of General Electric’s Operations Leadership Program, with expertise in change management, and is Six Sigma certified.
Jeffery resides in the greater Boston area with his five children and enjoys coaching his sons’ basketball and soccer teams and spending time in the kitchen with his teenage daughters and watching their cheerleading and dance routines. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, biking, and is an active alumni.
KAREN DUNN
Karen Dunn, Ph.D/M.Ed. is an Educational Psychologist/Researcher with over 20 years of experience in diverse service-oriented industries including Hospitality & Tourism, Health & Wellness, and Faith-Based Communities. She is a serial entrepreneur skilled at recognizing emergent trends and creating new services that target under-addressed markets. Her passion is in creating Cultures of Wellness in individual and organizational contexts.
As our in-house researcher, Karen compiles and synthesizes Senior Living Net Operating Impact’s best practices and evidence-based knowledge for our valued member subscribers to facilitate dynamic collaboration among the industry’s leaders in a meaningful, productive dialogue via our member blog, online communications, and face-to-face events.
She is a published author in notable publications including, Advances in Mind-Body Medicine and Advance for Nurses. She is also a peer reviewer for The Journal of Stress and Health. Her other successes include the design and facilitation of an innovative wellness program/research project to reduce anxiety and improve well being in healthcare employees at INOVA Health System in the Washington, DC area. The results of the study were significant and subsequently published in a major medical journal. She has launched and operated several successful businesses including an innovative wellness center and a nationally recognized photography business that drew on Karen’s former careers in the fashion industry to offer a fresh photojournalistic/editorial approach to wedding photography.
Karen resides in the beautiful bay front village of Coconut Grove in Miami, Florida. She enjoys boating, photography, yoga, blogging, cycling and spending time with her 2 adult children, Chelsey and Sam. Karen is an active member in her church and several charitable organizations in the Miami area.
KRISTIN NICKERSON
Kristin Nickerson has over eight years of experience in high-level executive support within the Senior Living industry. Her experience includes providing support for the launch and daily operations of Executive Capacity, assisting the ceo with a wide range of requirements, providing support to 14 management-level employees for Benchmark Assisted Living, and coordinating complex logistics for 45 assisted living locations and 3200 employees. By effectively organizing projects, managing budget information, and coordinating programs, Kristen consistently contributes to overall objectives.
ANTHONY CASSARA
Anthony Cassara has over twelve years of experience in the creation and implementation of high-level media services for businesses of all types. His experience includes providing HD video production, web development and graphic design services for the launch and daily operations of Senior Living Net Operating Impact. By providing effective and simple solutions for the overall experience of the website and its many functions, Anthony consistently contributes to overall objectives.
